I did not receive the tokens that I purchased. What should I do?
Due to technical difficulties, such as latency, on some occasions, the purchased Tokens might take some time to reflect in your account. It could also reflect in your account only after reloading your game. If you still don't receive what you purchased, reach out to our Player Service team along with your purchase receipt(s).
To reach out to the Player Service team, click on the in-game settings Menu (Located on the top right side of the screen) and tap on the “Support” option.
